Employee Discount Codes
a. The JLR employee discount code is available solely to current Jaguar Land Rover Limited employees. Use by any other person, or on behalf of any other person, is strictly prohibited.
b. Purchases made using the JLR employee discount code must be for the your own personal, domestic use. Goods purchased with the code must not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.
c. You must not resell, list for sale, auction, transfer, or otherwise dispose of goods acquired using the JLR employee discount code for profit or commercial gain. For the avoidance of doubt, “resale” includes any onward sale within 24 months of purchase, except disposal of defective goods under statutory rights or ordinary private disposal of used goods genuinely acquired for personal use.
d. The JLR employee discount code are personal to you, must be kept confidential, and must not be shared with family, friends, or third parties.
e. We may audit purchases made with the JLR employee discount code and suspend or revoke discount privileges if misuse is suspected. Misuse may also result in cancellation of orders, recovery of discounts, and disciplinary action under you employment contract.
If misuse is identified, we may (in our absolute discretion):
• Cancel affected orders;
• Recover the discount value from you;
• Suspend or revoke your discount privileges;
• Take disciplinary action up to and including dismissal or other appropriate action in accordance with employment policies; and/or
• Pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
